Desperately Seeking Crab

I haven’t been posting much in the last week or so because I’m on holiday with inconsistent internet availability.  Or whenever I’ve had full access, I was too exhausted to write, let alone upload my photos.  So I’m sorry, I’ll get to it soon, I promise.  Had a great few days in Bangkok with amazing food and experienced the most amazing thunderstorms in a long time.  Currently, I am in Oxford attending the Oxford Symposium on Food & Cookery.  I will also have a full report on that soon too…
