However, a word of caution – there is a legal size limit of 3cm (measured across the shell) for cockles in most parts of South Australia (incl Yorke Peninsula) and a maximum number of 300 per day.

It was the best clam soup. I’m not sure if you can find yuzu in Australia but if you can, you should try it.
